Beyond business. Real change. Real people.

Every connection made, every business supported, every barrier broken, this is what KGBA exists for.

Here’s the difference we’re making together.

Measuring what matters.

Our impact is about more than the number of connections made or deals facilitated. It is about businesses built, barriers broken and communities strengthened across the UK and Kenya.

Active Programmes

Impact that goes beyond the boardroom.

KGBA’s impact is measured in businesses built, barriers broken and communities strengthened across the UK and Kenya.

Enterprise & Economic Empowerment

We give entrepreneurs the tools, knowledge and connections to start, grow and sustain successful businesses, reducing economic inactivity and creating real employment.

What this means:

UK, Kenya Trade & Investment

We are actively strengthening the UK, Kenya trade corridor, channelling investment, expertise and market access between two economies that are stronger together.

What this means:

Inclusion & Equal Access

We believe every entrepreneur deserves a seat at the table, regardless of ability, age, gender or background.

Our specialist programmes ensure no one is left behind.

What this means:

Community & Social Cohesion

As a Community Interest Company, our success is always measured by the strength of the communities we serve, not just the deals we close.

What this means:

KGBA at The Ubele Initiative

In 2026, KGBA participated in The Ubele Initiative Community Event at Wolves Lane Centre, North London, joining community leaders, charities and social enterprises committed to building more inclusive communities.

Our Founder Mary Njonjo met with Yvonne Field OBE, Founder of The Ubele Initiative, alongside Mercy Murua, KGBA’s Disability Entrepreneurship Coordinator and an entrepreneur living with a disability whose presence embodied everything KGBA stands for.

We don't just talk impact. We track it.

As a CIC, we are accountable to our community. Here’s what we measure and report on every year.
